- Products can be returned within 28 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit
- No products are eligible for refund unless deemed incorrect or faulty
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition
- For hygiene reasons Lingerie will not be accepted under the returns policy
- All Swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact
- We process all returns within one week of receiving your items and will send you an email with the details of your processed return
- Please email email@example.com if you believe your product is damaged or faulty
- Buyer will need to pay for the return postage
We process all returns within 7 days of receiving your item/s. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return and sore credit information if applicable.
